Returns & Exchanges

All products sold at Silvette.com are covered under our 15-Day Return Policy. Notify us of problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 15 days from the date of delivery, and we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you, provided the procedure below is followed.Non-eligibility of products under our 15-Day Return policy:

A - Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
B - Any product that has been washed
C - Any product not in its original condition
D - Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
E – Any products that are on sale
We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit. Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box, and any other material that came along with the product. At this time, please note that all products on sale are non refundable / exchangeable

How to Return or Exchange

In order to get a defective item replaced or return the item that does not fit you, contact Customer Service via email at customercare@silvette.com or call us on +9122 – 6530 0560, within 15 days from the date of delivery.  

If an item is defective, please provide details. If you’d like to exchange an item, please specify which product you’d like to exchange it for, and we shall contact you about the possibility of the same based on the availability. All returns will be given store credit only. Please note - store credit is valid for one year from issue date.  

Please return the defective product at your cost within 15 days to the following address and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or we will refund your money.

Defective goods

Goods are classified as defective if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a defective item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair defective items.

Cancellation & Refunds

Orders once placed can be cancelled easily by writing to us at customercare@silvete.com You need to provide us the invoice details in the cancellation request. Please note that the order will only be cancelled before it has been dispatched for delivery. If the order has been dispatched then it will not be eligible for cancellation.

If you send the request for cancellation before the dispatch, then you will be refunded the full amount which has been paid by you via bank transfer within 10 days of the cancellation request. For the refund, you will need to provide us the bank account in which you want the refund to be made.
